Имея такой багаж опыта и знаний за плечами я точно знаю, как строить процессы и сервисы в IT компании любого размера от десяти до нескольких десятков тысяч человек по всему миру. А также как адаптировать все решения именно под вашу организацию.
Что такое Delivery Operations? Delivery Operations - это организация, которая находится на стыке бизнеса и людей. Она позволяет:
Решать проблемы роста компании на любом масштабе
Строить долгосрочные отношения с сотрудниками и растить их внутри компании
Делать качественное деливери проектов
Поддерживать нелинейный рост компании и прибыли
